Beginner Beekeeping Class

Our beginning beekeeping class focuses on the basics of honey bees and beekeeping with horizontal top bar hives and Warre hives. Additionally, we cover other popular hive designs such as the Langstroth hive, where to get bees and how to install them, as well as basic management during the first season. The last 30 minutes are used for question and answer.
