My Second...

Nice design, quality Western Red Cedar, window is great for monitoring the cluster; I use screened bottom for good ventilation and varroa mite control.

I have a small problem with the roof

Hive arrived on time, it was very easy to assemble. The only problem I have had is over the summer when it got in the upper 80s outside all of my girls wanted to hang on the front of my hive. not a problem until i needed to do an inspection. There is nothing to stop the roof from pinching the girls on the front of the hive. I ended up taking a small piece of chain and making a stop so the the roof didn't pinch the front and kill my bees hope this will help so nobody else has to loose any bees
