Customer Service Associate



  • Return phone calls, emails, and chat messages with customers
  • Update existing customers on the status of pending orders
  • Facilitate prioritizations with the shipping department
  • Work with supervisor for outreach campaigns or special projects
  • Attend weekly update meetings
  • Assist with retail, sales, and/or special events as needed
  • Perform additional tasks according to strengths and ability

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years in customer service or high paced retail where interaction with customers is a daily event
  • Experience and/or ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the following: Zendesk, Shipstation, Shopify, Stitch Labs, and/or Google Sheets/Docs
  • Interest or experience in biology, insects, bees and/or beekeeping is preferred

Salary - $13.00/hour


Mill Operations Manager



  • Manage and direct flow of lumber through the milling operation
  • Create & promote safety procedures, quality measures, productivity goals, and best practice policies & procedures
  • Develop and track material utilization and finished product costing
  • Work with team to develop new, innovative wood products
  • Take initiative to research and implement a culture of continuous improvement, including LEAN processes & waste reduction/elimination
  • Design and layout of equipment for optimal efficiency and safety
  • Lead by example to ensure a productive working environment for employees including employee training and motivation to lead the sawmill to superior quality
  • Inspect equipment to ensure safety devices are in place and in working order
  • Promote team communication and involvement within sawmill and between departments
  • Fully accept responsibility for department


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position focused on finished wood products
  • Experience with CNC, moulding, and optimizing equipment
  • Team leader strong in encouragement and motivation
  • Strong technical knowledge of sawmill technology, equipment, and machinery
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and encourage advancement in sound business decisions
  • High achiever who demands quality work, is efficient & constantly striving to improve processes
  • High analytical ability
