Uncapping Knife

  |
An essential tool for any honey harvest! The knife's serrated edge is great for slicing honeycomb off of top bars (be sure to leave 1/4" of comb as a guide for bees to rebuild!) or for cutting comb into squares for the slice and store method. The smooth edge is great for uncapping honeycomb cells before beginning the crush and strain method.
